How will I receive the items I ordered?

     All of the items for main land UK are posted out by first class recorded delivery via The Royal Mail.  They are very securely packaged so to avoid any bumps and bruises.  If you want your parcel to be sent out to an alternative address or if your order is international just get in touch via the contact me page.

     I love hearing from clients so either go to the contact section of the website and fill in the online form or email me at tina@needlesandsparkles.com  All other contact points are on the “contact me” section of the website.  

How can I ask a quesion?

     From receiving the order (and any additional information needed)  it usually takes two weeks for the product to arrive with you.  They are completely hand made so that accounts for the time.  If for any reason it will take longer than two weeks I will let you know asap. 

 

The only exception are the christmas stocking, the completion time on these is four weeks.

Do you undertake commisions?
Do you have a retail store I can come to?

     If you have ordered a blackwork of your favourite building or the ribbon bouquet then I will need a picture or two to work from.  You can email it to me at tina@needlesandsparkles.com  

If you want any of your own special fabrics incorporated in to any of the pieces then please let me know.

     I’m more than happy to discuss any commissions.  If you want any personal alterations to one of products already on offer or if you want a whole new piece designed just get in contact.

     Not at the moment.  As all the products are produces by myself I work quite happily ensconced in my conservatory making frequent trips to my local post office.  However I wont rule anything out and will keep you informed of any updates.
